ChannelFire is a company which has resources and experienced staff to work on all types of sizeable, commercial buildings. In general, these building usually contain large, addressable, networked fire protection systems and would be interfaced with Gaseous Fire Suppression systems.

Systems required in the commercial sector would include: pre-action fire alarm panel; sprinkler systems; public address and voice alarm (PAVA) activation and have complex cause and effect programming, which allows for features, for example, phased evacuation, plant shutdowns and grounding of elevators.

Our company has significant experience of working in data centres around the UK. These sites, are usually fitted with complex Multi-Directional Valve Gaseous Fire Suppression systems and Water-Mist Systems.

It is common practice for Commercial sector buildings and data centres to be fitted with Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) systems, this gives clear and extremely early warnings of fire in such centres.
